XR-1000 Rogue TC-6. Shoei motorcycle helmets are built using a unique shell design which makes the helmet stronger and more light. First they spread the force of any impact, then absorb it.
The outer shell is made from a tough AIM (Advanced integrated Matrix plus Multifiber Tech) construction, where they are using reinforced fibres which is also employed in bullet proof vests. The flexibility of the material disperses the impact so it can be more easily absorbed. Tough and hard at the front for maximum protection, it uses up to three different densities of EPS in set positions to soak up impact, and places a softer layer in contact with head. The XR-1000 serie is superior in aerodynamics because of the aero-wing and has shown to be perfect in wind tunnel tests.
