Shoei XR-1100 Swell

Shoei XR-1100 is the newest launched helmet which sets brand new active and passive safety benchmarks. Intensive preparatory work with CAD programs, in the laboratory and in the Shoei wind tunnel plus extensive road tests has resulted in a helmet with an absolutly innovative design. The outershell are made of AIM - organic fibre + multi-composite and highperformance organic fiubres in various layers for a shockabsorbent shell with optimum rigidity. The inner shell is made of EPS liner systems with two densities. An optimised protection  through EPS elements with different  shock-absorbing levels. The visor is prepared for Pinlock for mist-retardant. The closure is a double D-ring - which is easy to use and always perfect fittet. The outer shell is integreted with a spoiler and vents.
